Additional Guests Policy

Boppo’s short-stay accommodation is a one bedroom property in the old Spring Creek St. Philip’s Anglican church, Breakaway Creek.

The property is a large open plan area with a bedroom at one end and has a sofa bed available for an additional couple or two small children.

Short term rental costs for the property are $300 per night for two people on weekends, with a minimum stay of two nights.

If an additional person or persons wish to stay and use the sofa bed, an additional per night cost is AU$30.00 per person is required. Therefore, if an additional couple wishes to stay on the property there is a AU$60.00 per night additional fee charged.

The cost per additional guest takes into account a number of factors:

• The additional usage of limited water

• The additional demand on power

• The additional use of standard food and cleaning items supplied, e.g. tea, coffee, butter, condiments, shower gels, etc

• Laundering of additional linen and towels

• The additional cleaning required
