Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund or reservation may be re-booked if a vacancy is available.

Medium-term Cancellation: Cancellations made between 14 days and 2 days before arrival will receive a refund less a 10% administration fee.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged for the full stay.

Non-Refundable Bookings: Some special offers and discounted rates are non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled. These are noted on our website and on your booking confirmation.

Peak Season & Event Dates: Bookings made during peak travel dates or local events are non-refundable.

Force Majeure: In case of emergencies (natural disasters, illness, etc.), we may offer rebooking, partial refund or free cancellation at our discretion.
